Thank you for taking a moment to look at our group.  It is our sincere hope that we can make the time you spend with us both helpful to you as well as benifit others with ALS and those who will face the news of their diagnosis in future.

For 30 years the advances in ALS have been extremely limited due to many factors, not the least of which is the use of mouse tissue which does not respond the same as human tissue to treatment.  What medications we do have, seem to work on some and not on others.  Meanwhile, thousands of ALS victims handle their treatment differently, none of them knowing if there was a better way, a better diet, or medication that might have offered a better outcome.  Each and every story lost to history, no tracking to say if their approach was in fact better than another.  If an outlier with a better approach is out there that message is not spread, this study means to change that forever.
